Testimonials
“From being a Student Cribs tenant, then to a brand manager, and now a graduate, I believe I have completed the full trilogy. Seeing how the business works from all sides has given me an in-depth understanding and appreciation for the collaboration of all departments that work behind the scenes, facilitating Student Cribs to become the prestigious brand that it is. As a post-grad, working in an area of property that is most familiar to me has provided me with great exposure to the market as a whole, while also playing to my current strengths and expanding my knowledge. Traveling across the UK and meeting so many new and different people has allowed me to improve my interpersonal and communication skills – just one of the many benefits of joining the team here at Student Cribs.” – Millie Hudson
“Being part of the Student Cribs grad scheme has provided me with a perfect blend of challenging and rewarding work whilst immersing myself into the world of property. Everyone at the company is a pleasure to work alongside with support being offered down from senior management and across all departments. Whether it be the continuous improvement of existing skillsets, or the growth offered through mentorship and adapting to new scenarios I am excited for the opportunities and potential for professional development here at Student Cribs. Travelling to interesting cities across the UK, a mix of independent and collaborative assignments and an encouraging work environment are just a few of a host of great aspects to consider when working here – I could not recommend it highly enough!” – Josh Lanyon
“Student Cribs has given me so many unique opportunities to work closely with every department and learn about different sides of the business. I have been lucky to enough to travel across the country to visit tenants, conduct viewings and do inspections. With no day being the same and having so much support from the team, this was the perfect job for me!” – Josh Hodson
“I have found the Student Cribs graduate scheme to be a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth. Through this programme, I have experienced various departments from management, lettings, and maintenance, which has enhanced my communication and organisational skills and built on previous tacit knowledge of the industry.
